Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

In-Store Purchases:
Return to the shop within 7 days with the item and receipt.

Upon verification, Tactical Grooming may issue a replacement or store credit at its discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • A refund is required by law
