  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    Yes, we accept walk-ins when available. However, due to high demand, appointments are strongly encouraged: especially for premium services or if you're on a tight schedule.

  • Are you open to civilians or just military personnel?

    We proudly serve both military and civilian clients. Everyone is welcome at Tactical Grooming.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Tipping is always appreciated and can be done in cash or through the payment terminal.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a charge or loss of online booking privileges.

  • Do you sell grooming products?

    Yes. We carry high-quality grooming products: handpicked for performance, scent, and skin compatibility. Our selection includes beard oils, pomades, shaving creams, and more, available in-store or online.

  • Do you offer services for kids?

    Absolutely. We welcome kids of all ages. We recommend booking early in the day for younger children who may have shorter attention spans.

  • Can I request a specific barber?

    Yes, if you have a preferred barber, simply select them during the booking process. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes. Gift cards are available in any amount and can be used toward any service or product. Perfect for holidays, birthdays, or military appreciation.
