Booking & Payment Policies

Appointments must be booked with complete and accurate client and service information. Confirmation emails are sent at booking, with a reminder issued 24 hours prior to the appointment. Tactical Grooming reserves the right to cancel appointments submitted with incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable information.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients are allowed up to three grace violations. No-call, no-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the booked service price.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled or denied service at staff discretion.

A 3% surcharge applies to credit card transactions. Debit cards are excluded. Applicable taxes apply to product purchases only, not services. Tipping is optional but appreciated.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the client cancels with at least 24 hours’ notice. Tactical Grooming may waive this requirement at its discretion in documented emergency situations.

If a barber or stylist is delayed beyond the scheduled appointment time, clients may request the following courtesy adjustments:

  • 15 minutes late: 10% discount

  • 30 minutes late: 25% discount

  • 45 minutes late: 50% discount

  • 60 minutes or more: 100% discount (service provided at no charge)

These adjustments do not apply if the client arrives late.
