Tactical Grooming Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply, as applicable, to Tactical Grooming and its affiliated brands, services, websites, booking systems, online properties, customer portals, forms, applications, and related operations. By accessing or using an applicable property or service, you agree to the applicable terms and policies.
Appointments and Services
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current contact and booking information. Unless otherwise stated, appointment cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Tactical Grooming reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to accept, decline, refuse, cancel, reschedule, suspend, or discontinue services or appointments. Nothing in these terms creates an obligation for Tactical Grooming or an affiliated business to provide or continue providing a particular service to any person.
Services may be refused or discontinued for reasons including safety concerns, inappropriate or disruptive conduct, policy violations, nonpayment, fraud or suspected fraud, scheduling or staffing limitations, inability to safely or reasonably perform a requested service, or other legitimate business reasons, subject to applicable law.
Communications
Providing contact information alone does not necessarily constitute consent to receive marketing SMS messages. Where marketing SMS consent is required, customers must affirmatively opt in through an applicable consent process. Transactional or service-related communications may be sent as permitted by applicable law and based on the customer's relationship or transaction with us.

Tactical Grooming SMS Program
Customers who expressly opt in to Tactical Grooming's SMS marketing program may receive recurring automated or manually initiated marketing and customer-engagement text messages from Tactical Grooming.
Messages may include:
· Appointment availability
· Booking and rebooking opportunities
· Customer re-engagement communications
· Promotions, discounts, and special offers
· Service announcements
· Loyalty and rewards information
· Referral program communications
· Other Tactical Grooming marketing communications consistent with the customer's consent
Consent
Marketing SMS consent is obtained through an affirmative opt-in process. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out and Support
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact contact@tgsbarber.com or (256) 676-9600. After an opt-out request, an additional confirmation message may be sent as permitted or required by applicable messaging rules.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should provide a valid mobile number that they are authorized to use and should notify us or update their information if their number changes.
Delivery Disclaimer
Wireless carriers and communication providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Tactical Grooming cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free message delivery.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.
Purchases and Pricing
Purchases are subject to applicable return and refund policies. Prices, products, services, availability, promotions, discounts, and program benefits may change without notice unless otherwise required by law or governed by specific promotional terms.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal nature of certain grooming and personal-care products, sales may be final except where otherwise stated or required by law.
Unless otherwise approved or required by law, returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:
· Beard oils, butters, or washes, whether opened or unopened
· Fragrance items
· Clearance merchandise
· Promotional merchandise
· Sample products
For online orders involving damaged or defective items, contact contact@tgsbarber.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and reasonable documentation of the problem, such as photographs. For in-store purchases, contact or visit the applicable location within 7 days with the item and proof of purchase when available.
After verification, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion, subject to applicable law. Refunds may be issued when Tactical Grooming cancels an eligible prepaid service before it is provided, Tactical Grooming otherwise authorizes a refund, or a refund is required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, logos, graphics, written materials, designs, software, and other intellectual property are owned by their respective owner, including Nixon Solutions LLC where applicable, or are used under appropriate authorization. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited except as permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tactical Grooming and applicable affiliated operations are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use their websites, systems, products, or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law, including the laws of the State of Alabama where applicable. Subject to applicable law, disputes concerning Tactical Grooming operations based in Madison County, Alabama, shall be handled in an appropriate court having jurisdiction.
